Durga Devi Sekhawat, age 75, wife of Govind Singh Sekhawat, of Royersford, PA, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 in the Rehab at Shannondell. Born on December 12, 1943 in India, she was a daughter of the late Poonam Singh and Bhuri Bai Chauhan.

Mrs. Sekhawat attended the Raj Mahal School in India. While still living in India, she worked as an occupational speech therapist. She enjoyed cooking, and was an avid traveler, ofter visiting temples and religious sites. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and being around and caring for her family brought her the most joy.

Mrs. Sekhawat is survived by three sons, Rajendra, husband of Heera Sekhawat of Trappe, PA, Parveen, husband of Mamta Sekhawat of Royersford, PA, and Naveen, husband of Sushila Sekhawat of Royersford, PA; five grandchildren, Preetika, Curran, Neil, Sahil, and Jai; and one great-granddaughter, Sophia. Mrs. Sekhawat was preceded in death by two sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral ceremony at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 2:00 pm. Friends will be received from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Susan G.
