Efrain Rodrigo Ortiz Bernabe

Efrain Rodrigo Ortiz Bernabe, 22, of Norristown, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in his residence. He was born on July 7, 1997 in Cuajimalpa, Mexico City, Mexico, to Rosa Maria Bernabe and Kevin Ortiz Orozco, of Norristown, Pennsylvania. Frank had been a hardworker and was employed as a waiter for PJ Whelihan's, in Malvern and Tierra Caliente, in Conshohocken. Viewed as a "jokester," Frank loved to have fun. He had a great sense of humor and was not shy at all. He would use his voice and emotions to make you laugh. Even though he was annoying, his family didn't care because they loved when he annoyed them, as it made them happy. Frank had an unconditional love for his mother, his father and his sister; no matter what, they always came first. Not only was Kevin his father, but his best friend as well. Frank also had a great love for his dog, Chui. He had a great love for his friends, over whom he was very protective. He was a great friend, who was unconditionally caring. If he saw that something was wrong he would always try to give good advice and usually surprise the person with food. Frank had a love of food and flavor. He enjoyed lime on everything. He enjoyed MMA and working out, as well as dancing. He loved to be stylish and especially enjoyed wearing Louis Vuitton. He loved cars and skateboarding was one of his passions. He enjoyed working out with his father as well. Frank was born a leader. He was always positive and tough and never let anything get him down. He had such a high self esteem and was an ambitious person with so many goals. He will be remembered for his unconditional love and simply being the best. In addition to his parents, Frank is survived by his sister: Kelly Ayari Ortiz, of Norristown; paternal grandmother: Marta Orozco, of Mexico; paternal grandfather: Raul Ortiz, of Mexico; maternal grandmother: Ezperansa Bernal, of Mexico; aunts and uncles: Eder Ortiz, of West Chester, Yezenia Ortiz Orozco, of West Chester, Moises Bernabe, of West Chester, Lidia Barenas, of West Chester and Jose Hernandez, of West Chester; cousin: Josue Ortiz Barenas, of West Chester; and girlfriend: Joanna Flores of Radnor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 8:00 pm. Officiating will be Pastor Oscar Cocar. Friends will be received from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
