Lulu (Loomis) Woodland, age 100, of Honey Brook, PA, formerly of Ludwig's Corner, wife of The late Vance M. Woodland died Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at the Heatherwood Retirement Community, Honey Brook, PA. Born on April 11, 1917 in East Nantmeal, PA, she was a daughter of the late Davis and Deborah (Smith) Loomis. She was a graduate of West Chester Normal School. Mrs. Woodland worked as a Housekeeper for The Hill School in Pottstown in her early years. She was a long term active member of the Nantmeal United Methodist Church and volunteered with the United Methodist Women and the Willing Workers.

Mrs. Woodland is survived by Brother, Davis S. Loomis of Elverson, PA; and Many Nieces and Nephews. Mrs. Woodland was pre-deceased by Six Siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at the Nantmeal United Methodist Church, 359 Nantmeal Road, Glenmoore, PA on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 3:00 pm. Officiating will be Rev. Dennis G. Keen. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in her name to the "Nantmeal Cemetery Association" at the above address.
