Thomas F. Tucker

Thomas F. Tucker, age 95, husband of Patricia (Hills) Tucker of Royersford, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023 in his residence. Born on April 21, 1927 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Mary (Stransky) and Fred Tucker. Thomas attended St. Thomas Moore High School in Philadelphia and attended night classes at St. Joseph University College of Industrial Relations. He served honorably in the United States Army. He had been employed as an electrical engineer for Bell of Pennsylvania. Thomas was a long-time member of Pennsylvania Live Steamers, Collegeville, and enjoyed woodworking, creating heirloom toys for three generations of children. His greatest joy was being around his family, especially his grand, and great-grandchildren. In addition to his loving wife of 71 years, Thomas is survived by his children: Thomas J. and his wife, Marianne; Charles E., and his wife Linda; Michael D.; Janet (Tucker) Jones; Gerald S., and his wife Joan; Richard J.; Deborah (Tucker) Vitacco, and her husband Dominic; Joseph F., and his wife, Tracie; Daniel J.; Maria (Tucker) Gross, wife of the late Michael Gross; Steven P.; and Edward J., and his wife, Charlene. Grandchildren: Michelle (Tucker) Miller, Crystal (Jones) Oswald, Tara Vitacco, Karen Swenda, Ashley (Tucker) Clark, Matthew Tucker, Nicolas Vitacco, Adam Tal'Kora, Michael Comeriato, Justin Bodek, Heather (Tucker) Kline, Dustin Jones, Daniel Vitacco, Daniel J. Tucker, Laura (Vitacco) Stine, Brandon P. Jones, Devon Tucker, Sarah Jo (Tucker) Rainier, Thomas Ammarell, Tessa Tucker, Jennifer Simpkins, Richie Tucker, Shawn Tucker, Dawn Tucker, Tyler Tucker, Jacob Walker and McKenna Walker, Trish Ann. Great-grandchildren: Cameron, Hadley, Brennan, Rylan, Marlowe, Asher, Emilia, Addison, Stella, Esme, Waverley, Evie, Holden, Jack, Juliet, Robbie, Wesley, Bernadette, Augustine, Lucas, Halle, Jack, Lochlan, Leia, Rosalie, Sophia, Benjamin, Arwen, Seamus, River, Bear, Winter, Lily, and Krew. He is also survived by his sister, Joan (Tucker) Huttinger. Thomas was preceded in death by grandchildren: Steven Patrick ll and Patrick Ryan Tucker, great-grandson: Shon'ai Vitacco; and siblings: Fred Tucker and Geraldine (Tucker) Eggles.
