Thomas F. Frizzell

May 29, 1939 - March 27, 2022

Thomas Francis Frizzell, of East Vincent Township, age 82, passed away on March 27, 2022. He was the husband of Kathleen (Fogarty) Frizzell. Born on May 29, 1939, he was a son of the late James Irvin Frizzell and Mary J. (Cloney) Frizzell. He was born in Phoenixville, PA and graduated form Roman Catholic High School, Philadelphia, PA in 1957. Mr. Frizzell was a well known Chester County artist, and is represented in many private collections. He has exhibited and won numerous awards in many art shows on both the West and East coasts. He studied under the late John Pierce and Jarvis Palmer, well known Chester County artists. Mr. Frizzell was a member of many art associations. He was also a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Spring City, PA, and he had a deep love for his Irish heritage. Mr. Frizzell served as a combat trained Medic in the United States Air Force, where he served his country for four years. He was employed in engineering and as a construction superintendent for several companies, and last worked for Atlantic Engineers in Kimberton, PA. In addition to his wife of 63 years, he is survived by one daughter, Jennifer A., wife of Joseph DiGuglielmo, Esq.; two grandchildren, Contessa Rose DiGuglielmo and Perry James DiGuglielmo; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two children, Brian L. Frizzell in 2002 and Mary Katherine Frizzell in 2020. He was also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
