A. Charles Seufer, 88, husband of the late Darica R. (Tierney) Seufer, of Limerick, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2011, in the Pottstown Memorial Medical Center. Born in Columbus, OH, he was the son of the late Arthur J. and Mayme E. (Branham) Seufer.

Mr. Seufer received a master's degree in engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, now known as Virginia Tech. A devout Catholic, he was a member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church, in Royersford. He also enjoyed recreational flying.

Mr. Seufer is survived by two daughters: Barbara wife of the late Byron Krauter of Austin, TX and Theresa wife of Scott Kalbach of Skippack; two sons: Joe husband of Joan Seufer of Collegeville and Richard Seufer fiancé of Maureen Edwards of Limerick; two sisters: Susan Artuso of Binghamton, NY and Christine O'Connell of Austin, TX; eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Seufer.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his funeral mass on Monday, May 23, 2011, in the Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Lewis Road and Walnut Street, Royersford, at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Peter J. DiMaria. Friends will be received from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Ashland, Kentucky.
