A. Adina Zupanick, of Phoenixville, passed away from cancer on Tuesday morning in her Parkview Drive home surrounded by family. She was 76 years old.

Born July 5, 1932, in Peekskill, NY she was a daughter of the late Michael J. and Agnes (Lee) Comcowich. She was a 1949 graduate of Yorktown Heights High School and also earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia in 1954 and M.S. in Library Science from Drexel University in 1971.

Professionally, she began her career at Sperry Gyroscope where she met and married her husband in 1952. After raising her family in Long Island, NY and Valley Forge, she went to work for the former Leeds and Northrup as a Technical Librarian. She also worked in various technical sales positions before retiring and continuing her passion for life-long learning,music, travel, politics, service to those in need and enjoying her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons: Michael Zupanick, of Springfield, Joseph Zupanick and wife Rebecca, of Pineville, WV; three daughters: Corinne Zupanick, of Mt. Gretna, Paula Z. Iannotta, of Mt. Lebanon and Clare Z. Ellis and husband Thomas, of Houston, TX; grandchildren: Emily and Joseph Zupanick, Chris Fong, Joe and Clare Iannotta and Taylor and Carter Ellis; and two brothers: Dan Comcowich and wife Marguerite, of Leadville, CO and Jerry Comcowich and wife Marianne, of Kailua, HI.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 AM at St. Ann Chapel, Main Street at Fourth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA. A visitation will be held at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Friday morning from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
