Addison "Addy" Kiernan Quay went to Heaven to be with Jesus and the angels on September 15, 2015. She was born on July 29, and spent 48 days with her family and friends.

Her fiery spirit inspired and touched many people around the world. Addy fought an insurmountable battle against a condition known as Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). She passed into eternity at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in the loving arms of her family.

She is survived by her parents, Justin and Kiernan Quay, of Lexington, SC; grandparents, Bettina and Jack Kasopsky, and David Pahowka of Pottstown, PA, George and Betty Quay of York, PA; great-grandparents, William Pahowka Sr. of Stowe, PA, and Else Ruediger of Pottstown, PA, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

All are welcome to attend a celebration of her life at 11:00 am Friday, September 18, 2015 at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home in Phoenixville, PA. Friends will be received from 10:00-11:00 am.
