Albert G. McCarraher Jr., of Phoenixville, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at his home surrounded by family. He was the husband of Earlene L. (Grater) McCarraher.
He was born in Phoenixville to the late Albert G. Sr. and Mary (DeWees) McCarraher. Mr. McCarraher was employed for many years as a tire-builder for BF Goodrich, Oaks, PA until retiring.

Albert was a life member of the Liberty Fire Company, Spring City, PA, Spring City American Legion, Royersford, the Friendship Fire Co., West End Fire Co., of Phoenixville and Valley Forge Fire Company.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: Randy, husband of Winifred, of Frederick, MD; Dale, husband of Marcia, of Pomfret, CT; Brian, husband of Chris, of Grand Island, NE; and Sean, husband of Meredith, of Limerick; sister, Mary Elizabeth Swartz, wife of Gerald, of Audubon; brother, Barry, husband of Mary, of Garden City, Long Island, NY and nine grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Albert G. McCarraher III.

Services will be on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 11 AM at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA. Calling time is from 10-11 AM.
