Allen C. Quigg, 91, of Royersford, died on Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Sanatoga Center. He was the husband of the late Arlene (Clouser) Quigg.

He was born in Spring City to the late Wilmer F. and Katie I. (Mull) Quigg. Mr. Quigg served honorably in the US Army during World War II. He was employed for many years as a meat-cutter, lastly for the former Kemp's Market of Sanatoga.

Allen was a member of Parker Ford Bapist Church and also a life member of the Royersford American Legion and Friendship Fire Company respectively.

He is survived by his children: Donna Jones and husband Richard, of Pottstown; David Quigg and wife Kathy, of Douglassville; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a son, Donald Allen Quigg.

His funeral service will be held on Monday, February 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington St. Royersford, PA. Officiating will be Rev. Kenneth Webster. Calling time is from 10-11 AM. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Parker Ford Baptist Church, P.O. Box 197 Parker Ford, PA 19457.
