Althea R. Fizz, of Collegeville, PA died on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at her home. She was 80.
Born in Worcester, she was a daughter of the late Charles I. and Bertha (Van Fossen) Long. She was employed for thirty years as a school bus driver for Custer’s Garage and also worked at Moore’s Colonial Limerick Diner.
She is survived by a daughter, Rhonda Kay Fizz-Rusinsk, Walt Rusinski and grandson, Quinton Julius Rusinski, both of Collegeville. Siblings: Kathryn Moore and her husband Edward, of Schwenksville; Sara Frederick, widow of Buck, of Gilbertsville and Naomi Rose, and her husband John, of Zieglerville and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her siblings: Ernie and Harold Long, Mary Norris and Nancy McKenrick.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington St. Royersford, PA. Calling time will be from 9:30-11:00 AM. Burial will be in Limerick Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
