Obituary

Anne (Kaminski) Bogda, 86, of Phoenixville, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2009, in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She was the wife of the late John Woytowich and the late Michael Bogda. Born in Phoenixville, she was a daughter of the late Wasyl and Mary (Wolazynski) Kaminski

Mrs. Bogda was a graduate of Phoenixville High School. She owned the former Anne's Tailor Shop on Bridge Street. She was a devout member of St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church.

Anne was also a member of the Soroptimist Club of Phoenixville and a former member of the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce. She enjoyed traveling, eating at good restaurants, and loved to garden.

Mrs. Bogda is survived by two daughters, Rose, wife of Robert O'Driscoll, of Newtown Square, and Joanne Woytowich, wife of Robert Edelman, of Phoenixville, two grandchildren, Rob O'Driscoll and his wife Suzanne, of Harrisonburg, VA, and Lori Edelman, of Phoenixville, two sisters, Mary Gracia, of Phoenixville, and Sophia Kraynak, of Limerick, one brother, Joseph Kaminski, of Pittsburgh, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Michael, Walter, and John Kaminski.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Divine Liturgy on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church, Amelia and Landis Streets, Mont Clare. Officiating will be the Rev. James Badeaux. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery. Friends will be received from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, and from 9:00-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at the Church. Memorial gifts may be made in her name to the Atria Woodbridge Place, Resident's Activities Fund, 1191 Rapps Dam Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460, or to St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church, 203 Jacob's Street, Mont Clare, PA 19453.
