Anne "Nancy" Clements, age 96, wife of the late John Clements of West Chester, PA, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, in The Watermark at Bellingham, Independent Living, West Chester, PA. Born on April 27, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Alice (Logan) Robinson.

Mrs. Clements was a graduate of John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls' High School in Philadelphia, PA. In her youth, while living in Philadelphia, she was an active parishioner of the St. Columba Catholic Church, Swampoodle, Philadelphia, where her father was Sexton. Following high school graduation, she started her career as a draftswoman for Bell Telephone, of which she was very proud. As her children grew up, she returned to the workforce as a medical receptionist and eventually retired as the Office Manager for a physicians' office in New Jersey.

Nancy was an avid game player, always insisting the "real" rules be followed and played regularly with her family and a group of lovely ladies living at The Watermark at Bellingham. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed needlepoint, crocheting, and knitting, having been a member of a knitters group donating her time knitting baby blankets while living in Elverson, PA. More recently, she enjoyed time on her iPad playing games, FaceTiming and internet searches. She will be greatly missed.

Nancy is survived by five daughters, Maureen Piersol, Annmarie (Glenn) Douglas, Catherine (Rick) Thibeault, Bernadette Henderson, and Regina (Paul) Kupferschmidt; four grandchildren, Matthew (Marcy) Piersol, Gregory Piersol, Abbey Thibeault, and Samuel Henderson (fiancé Maggie); one great-grandson, Gavin Piersol; and her younger sister, Frances Nardone, Rochester, New York.

She is also survived by step-daughters Christine Clements (wife of Marty Stein) and Elizabeth Stevenson and their families.

She was preceded in death by four siblings; Albert Robinson, Sister Marie Lawrence, SSJ, Mary Quigley and Dolores Sheehan, and sons-in-law Terry Piersol and Sam Henderson.

Memorial and burial services will take place privately at the convenience of the family at the Washington Memorial Chapel and Cemetery in Valley Forge, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in her name, on the Tribute Gift page of the Parkinson's Foundation at www.parkinson.org.
