Anne E. Slider, age 82, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 in the Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Born on July 4, 1941 in Chester County, PA, she was a daughter of the late Elias and Anna (Bowman) Fryberger.

Anne was a 1960 graduate of Dowingtown Joint High School. She retired from the housekeeping department of Phoenixville Hospital, having worked there for over 30 years. She enjoyed crafting and reading. She was also an avid fan of WWE wrestling, having accumulated a collection of wrestling figurines and having never missed a week of action on the television.

Anne is survived by five children, Dave, husband of Mary Jane Slider, Don, husband of Debbie Slider, Dean, husband of Debbie Slider, Dale, husband of Susan Slider, and Debra, wife of A.J. Tihansky; eight grandchildren, Heidi, wife of Bill Rebollo, Brian Slider, Kevin Slider, Shannon, wife of Mark Schettler, Athena, wife of James Frecoe, Alicia Slider, Alaina, wife of Victor Vaughn, and Brandon Slider; eight great-grandchildren, Ian, Noah, Renee, Ryan, Xavier, Tristen, Booker, and Chandler; two siblings, Carlton "Sam", husband of Linda Fryberger and Judy, wife of William Lee; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Chris, Elias "Buzz", Ellsworth "Ed", George, Doug, and Geraldine "Gerry".

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service at the Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick, PA 19468 on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
