Anthony Evasew, age 66, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2007, in the Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Philadelphia.? He was the husband of Margo (Sosiak) Evasew.? Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late Peter and Maria (Pawlowski) Evasew.?
Mr. Evasew was a 1959 graduate of Phoenixville High School, and also attended a technical school in Upper Darby.? He was employed as a technician for eight years at WDAS Radio, then as a federally approved engineering technician for five years at WPGS T.V. 57, and for eighteen years at WTXF T.V 29, until his retirement on October 22, 2006.? He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Philadelphia.? Mr. Evasew was an avid sports fan and enjoyed golf and sailing.?
?In addition to his loving wife of 46 years, Mr. Evasew is survived by son Mark of Plymouth Meeting, daughter, Christine, granddaughter Katie Fant, brothers, Jerry Evasew, of Phoenixville, Kenneth Evasew, of King of Prussia, and Robert Evasew, of Phoenixville, and sister, Jeannette Brannan, of Limerick.?

Michael W. Rzonca.? Burial will be in the Holy Trinity Church Cemetery.?
