Arthur E. "Butch" Plumley, Jr. age 77, husband of Sandra A. (Bertolet) Plumley, of Barto, PA, died Monday, August 22, 2016 in his home after a lengthy illness.
Born on August 1, 1939 in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son of the late Arthur and Mary (Wright) Plumley. He was a 1958 graduate of Spring-Ford High School. Mr. Plumley worked in the line department and the maps and records department for Philadelphia Electric Co for over 30 years. He volunteered for many years for the Boys Scouts in Spring City, PA. He also enjoyed hunting and camping.
In addition to his wife of 57 years, Mr. Plumley is survived by Son, Ricky A. Plumley of San Pedro, CA; Two Daughters, Tammy L. Plumley of Pottstown, PA, Brenda J. Lightcap, of Boyertown, PA; Four Grandchildren, Rafe, Ranen, Sorsha and Serena Lightcap; Mr. Plumley was pre-deceased by Three Siblings, Jane Fredericks, Erme Isett - Albertson, Robert "Squeak" Plumley.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Ceremony at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11:00 am. Burial will be held in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 10-11 am Friday at the funeral home.
