Baby Evan Connor Dzielak was stillborn at 28 weeks into the arms of his loving parents on Thursday afternoon, July 17, 2014 at Paoli Hospital, Willistown Township, PA. He was the son of Jason R. and Melissa E. (Schott) Dzielak of Gilbertsville, PA. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister: Avrie E. Dzielak; maternal grandparents: Roger L. and Karen (Wieand) Schott, of Barto, PA; paternal grandparents: Robert E., and Jean (Kolofoles) Dzielak, of Newark, DE; maternal great-grandmother: Jane D. Wieand; paternal great-grandparents: Charles and Joan Kolofoles, Edwin and Betty Dzielak. Funeral services and burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
