Bambi F. Dyer, 55, of Boyertown, passed away on Tuesday evening, May 15, 2012, in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Pottstown, she was a daughter of the late William Dyer and Dolores (Griffith) Reinert.
Ms. Dyer received her degree in nursing from the Center For Arts & Technology-Brandywine Campus in 2008. She was employed as a licensed practical nurse for DevonHouse in Emmaus and Greenfield Senior Living in Schwenksville. Bambi attended Morning Star Fellowship in Bechtelsville. She was an enthusiast of the outdoors having enjoyed wildlife, animals and her dog. She especially loved being an aunt.
Ms. Dyer is survived by two sisters, Beryl wife of Mike DeSimone of Royersford and Bonnie Dyer companion of JoAnn Reagan of Pottstown; two brothers, Brook Dyer of Kenilworth and Blake Reinert of Lancaster; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Bambi was preceded in death by her fiancé, Ira Schwartz.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Bonnie's residence, 986 Warren Street, Pottstown, PA 19464. Memorial contributions may be made in Bambi's name to the Bambi Dyer Memorial Fund, c/o National Penn Bank, 702 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
