Barbara Rose Berzins (Zubert), age 79, wife of Edgar Berzins of Royersford, PA passed away on November 25, 2021. Barb was born on January 15, 1942 in Linfield, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Rose Zubert (Fedyk).

Barb graduated from Spring-Ford High School. Afterwards, she worked for many years as a Dispatcher at Oehlert Brothers in Royersford. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church and an avid sports fan who enjoyed following the Phillies and College Basketball. Barb and Ed would have celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on November 26th, one day after her passing.

Affectionately known as 'Memom', her world revolved around her family and spending time with all of them. 'Memom' loved watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren play sports as she was their biggest fan. She had a special way of touching the hearts of those around her with her warm smile and kind heart. Memom will be a guardian angel for all that loved her.

In addition to her beloved husband Ed, Barb is survived by three children and their spouses; Brian and Beverly Berzins (Dunn) of Royersford, Amber and Thomas Solliday of East Greenville, PA, and Alison and Robert Staerk of Viera, FL. Along with two siblings, a brother Leonard, husband of Cathy Zubert and a sister Christine Murtha as well as five nieces and nephews.

Memom is survived by eight grandchildren; Heather Berzins, Lindsey and Frank DiPasquale (Berzins), Douglas Berzins and fiancée Anthonia Persad, Jeremy and Ceili Solliday (Haskell), Brittany Solliday and Krestinn Johnson, and Ramsie, Brianna and Zachary Staerk. As well as six great-grandchildren; Aaliyah, Michael, Kyan, Emily, Jaden and Frankie.

Friends will be received from 9:30 am - 10:30 am Wednesday Dec. 1, 2021 at the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Lewis Road and Walnut Street, Royersford, PA @ 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. Officiating will be Rev. Tadeusz Gorka. Immediately following mass, burial will be held in the Limerick Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's name to the Sacred Heart R.C. Church, P.O. Box 64, Royersford, PA 19468.
