Barbara J. (Gibbons) Kesner, 70, of Phoenixville, formerly Downingtown and West Chester, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in her Phoenixville residence.? Born in Pittsfield, Mass, she was a daughter of the late Joseph T. Gibbons and Elisabeth H. Heintz.? ?
Mrs. Kesner was a 1955 graduate of New Lebanon Central School, New Lebanon, NY.? She enjoyed reading, playing bridge, and spending time with her grandchildren.? ?
Mrs. Kesner is survived by daughters Melanie S., wife of Joseph F. Lepo III, of Audubon, and Laura A. Kesner, of Phoenixville, son Matthew S. Kesner, III, of Phoenixville, five grandchildren, Courtney and Brianna Flynn, Monica and Gage Lepo, and Nicole Barbara Haggan, half sister Melva Jones, half brother Michael Heintz and several nieces and nephews.? She was preceded in death by sister Patricia Gibbons Wagner and brother James T. Gibbons.?
