Barbara A. Koniewicz, formerly of Norristown, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Parkhouse Providence Pointe at age 89. She was the widow of John R. Koniewicz.

She was born in Norristown to the late Warren A. and Eva M. (Harris) Seitz. Barbara was a graduate of A.D. Eisenhower High School, Norristown, PA and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her daughters: Sandra L. (George) Pierce, of Royersford, Margaret "Peggy" (Timothy) Dwyer, of Collegeville and Janet K. (Mark) Thompson of Limerick; grandchildren: Robert J. Pierce, Susan P. Ramondo, Megan D. Ryan, Jennifer L. Kalavik, Matthew T. Dwyer and Kelly J. Thompson; great-grandchildren: Addison E. Ramondo, Eve O. Ryan, Keira L. Ramondo and Adele G. Ryan.

Her memorial service will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 11 AM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA. Officiating will be Rev. Paul H. Neff. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Calling time is from 10-11 AM.
