Barbara A. LeMay, wife of Daniel E. LeMay Sr., of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015 at home. Born on August 16, 1944 in Phoenixville, PA, she was a daughter of the late George and Mabel (Harris) Walters.

A graduate of Phoenixville High School, Mrs. LeMay worked as a secretary for Military Intelligence for 15 years. More recently until her illness, she worked as a CNA in the Alzheimer's unit at Golden Living Center in Phoenixville. Married in 1965, she celebrated her 50th wedding anniversary this year. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband who was in the Army, spending 17 years in Germany. Mrs. LeMay was very family oriented, loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and was an avid reader and shopper..

Mrs. LeMay is survived by two sons, Daniel (Denise) LeMay Jr. of Ocean City, MD, and Christopher (April) LeMay, stationed with the Navy in Naples, Italy; two daughters, Rebecca Kirschenbaum of Phoenixville, PA, and Genevieve LeMay of Phoenixville, PA; one sister, Genevieve Hughes of Phoenixville, PA; eight grandchildren, Jakob, Ava, Zachary, Sierra, Joseph, Amanda, Russell, and Vincent; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by seven siblings, Edward, George, Samuel, Stanley, Frederick and Richard Walters and Marie McCann.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass at St. Ann Chapel, 604 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Joseph A. Heim. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 9:30 - 10:45 AM Friday in the Chapel.
