Barbara (Neil) Schwenk, 81, of Wayne, PA, passed away early Sunday Morning, September 14th, 2008, at Bryn Mawr Terrace.? She was the loving wife of 54 years of the late Harold F. Schwenk, Jr.?
Born in Providence, R.I., she was the daughter of the late Robert B. Neil and Elizabeth (Butterworth) Neil.? She was a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and a sister of Chi Omega Sorority.? Upon graduation, she was an elementary school teacher in Lonsdale, R.I.

She was Baptized, raised in, and married at the Cathedral of St. John, Providence.?
She was a homemaker, and enjoyed playing bridge, bowling and watching old movies, she loved the beach and spending time with family and lifelong friends.?
She is survived by her son Neil H. Schwenk and wife Linda and her daughter Jane S. Worton and husband Michael, four grandchildren, Stephen Schwenk, Brian Schwenk, Jennifer Schwenk, and Brendan M. Worton, her sister Beverly (Neil) Carroll and nephew Thomas Carroll.?
