Obituary

Barry Craig Kirk, age 75, husband of Robin A. (Raquet) Kirk, of Elverson, PA, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026 at home. Born on October 24, 1950 in Pottstown, PA, he was a son of the late Robert and Missouri (Ramsey) Kirk.

Mr. Kirk was a 1968 graduate of Spring-Ford High School. He went on to serve honorably in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Following basic training at Camp Lejeune, he was stationed as an aircraft and engine mechanic in Da Nang, Vietnam. Mr. Kirk began his working career at Jones Motor Company in Spring City, where he met his wife. He went on to own and operate Kirk Restorations in Phoenixville for many years, a furniture restoration company.

Mr. Kirk loved old cars, attending local car shows, and reading his automotive publications and magazines. He was also a faithful reader of Architectural Digest, which could always be found on his coffee table. He was a talented artist, drawing artwork for family throughout the years. He was an affectionate lover of all animals, enjoyed music and old movies, and his humor, charm, and outgoing personality will be missed by his family and friends. Most of all, his role of beloved grandfather will be sorely missed by his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife of 48 years, Mr. Kirk is survived by three children, Brooke, wife of Michael Lynch, Jessica, wife of Kevin Finan, and Ian, husband of Jessica Kirk; ten grandchildren, Jordyn, Kylie, Jessy, McKenna, Joey, Sage, Ewan, Levi, Cici and Goldie; and two great-grandchildren, Luca and Hadley. He was preceded in death by one sister, Judy Breslin.
