Bettie J. (Rushow) Bauman, 87, of North Coventry, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in her residence. Born on September 13, 1935, in Girardville, she was a daughter of the late Myrtle (Brain) and Peter Rushow.
Bettie served the Pottstown area as the owner of Bettie Bauman Cleaning for many years. She was a longtime member of Coventry Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed completing word puzzles, hot air balloon rides, collecting dolls and listening to Pink Floyd and Queen, but her pride and joy was her 1968 Buick Special Deluxe.
Bettie was a very caring person, which was evident as she enjoyed sending out birthday, anniversary, Christmas or get well cards to anyone who she had information for, including family members, friends or church family, just to let others know that someone was thinking of them.
Bettie is survived by her children: Carrie Ann Moore, of North Coventry, Leonard Bauman, of North Coventry, Samuel Bauman, of South Coventry, Roger, husband of Nancy Bauman, of Pottstown, Dolores, wife of Wayne A.
