JOURNEY TO THE PROMISE LAND by Brenda Sallad

Psalm 119:166

Lord I have hoped for thy salvation; and have done Thy commandments.

The Promise Land will be a Heaven of peace, a place of eternal rest, where the saints of God will enter therein, after our mortal life in this world has come to an ultimate end, then the spirit of God will again ascend back to God who gave it.

Heaven is a place of serenity, and peace, it's the Kingdom of God, where only the redeemed of the Lord will reside, after on earth we have obeyed the commandments of God, by His Holy Spirit that within our souls did lead and guide.

By faith we journey with hope, and confidence in God, who assures us that He will guide us to the blessed other side. God did not promise that the road we travel on, will not be rocky or smooth, or that our life will be trouble free, no sorrows, nor hardships we would see.

A Faithful and true God is He, whose promises will never fail, to those who seek the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness, that we may be counted, and declared worthy to enter into God's eternal rest, where our souls will be forever more blessed.

Psalm 121:3

I will lift my eyes to the hills from whence cometh my help; my help comes from the Lord, which made Heaven and Earth.
