Brunhilde (Schinkel) Moran, age 86, wife of the late Ernest Moran, of Phoenixville, PA passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Hamelin, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Friedrich and Agnes (Sander) Schinkel. Mrs. Moran enjoyed bowling, scrabble, and swimming. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren.

Mrs. Moran is survived by three daughters, Anne, wife of Terry Gakeler of Delaware, Barbara, wife of Donald Blodgett of Alabama, and Kathleen, wife of Andrew Fifer of Phoenixville, PA; one son, Ernest, husband of Sue Moran of North Carolina; one brother, Adolf, husband of Elfriede Schinkel of Germany; thirteen grandchildren, Teresa, Ernie, Michael, Freddy, Sarah, Elizabeth, Samantha, Amanda, Philip, Rebecca, Zachary, Victoria, and Andrea; and one great granddaughter, Lindsey. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Hermann and Hans Johan Schinkel.

Burial will be held privately in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
