Calvin R. Buzzerd, age 93, husband of the late Elsie M. (Fisher) Buzzerd, of East Pikeland, PA, died Tuesday afternoon, December 18, 2007 in the Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville, PA.? Born in Royersford, he was a son of the late Irvin and Mary Buzzerd.? He was a graduate of the former Royersford High School, where he participated on it's football team.? A carpenter, he was a member of the local carpenter union for many years.? Mr. Buzzerd retired as the head supervisor of the Robert Lamb Construction company in Chester Springs.? He was a very active outdoorsmen.? He was a member of the Kimberton Gun club and the Pickering Hunt Club.? Mr. Buzzerd enjoyed fox hunting.?

?Mr. Buzzerd is survived by; two daughters; Norma M. Beard, of Philadelphia, PA, E. Elaine, wife of John Hendricks, of East Pikeland, one brother; Kenneth Buzzerd, of Phoenixville, three grandchildren, one great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.? Mr. Buzzerd was pre-deceased by one brother; Carl Buzzerd.?


Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Campbell - Ennis - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Friday morning, December 21st, 2007 at 11:00AM. Officiating will be the Rev. James R. Roth.? Burial will be in the Vincent Baptist Church Cemetery, Chester Springs, PA.? Friends will be received from 10:30 - 11:00 AM, Friday morning at the funeral home.?
