Carl N. Heck, age 80, of Royersford, formerly Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2020 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born on September 26, 1939 in Phoenixville, he was a son of the late Ellen Elizabeth (Pulliam) and Saint Elmo Heck.
While living in Phoenixville, he was employed at Phoenix Steel as a machinist. Before his retirement, he was also a truck driver as well as a chauffeur. After retirement, he owned/operated a food truck, with his family. He loved to entertain family and friends at his home - he was an excellent cook and creative mixologist. He enjoyed listening to music, especially Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Michael Bolton and Celine Dion. In his younger years, Carl enjoyed roller-skating, with his sister Roxie, both of whom referred to the other as "babes."
He was a member of the Royersford Congration of Jehovah's Witnesses and was a dedicated servant for most of his life.
Carl always had a positive attitude, enjoyed life to its fullest and would make others laugh. Everyone enjoyed being around him and he was especially known for always being in good spirits and making jokes.
