Carol M. (Frye) Faretty, 76, wife of Henry A. Faretty, of Malvern, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in Chester County Hospital, West Chester. She was born on May 31, 1942 in Hollidaysburg.

Carol enjoyed shopping, knitting, crocheting and a good coffee. She was a jokester who was never serious. She loved phone calls and great conversation. Carol was a woman with a huge heart, who was always there when her family came home and loved time spent with her grandchildren.

In addition to her loving husband, Carol is survived by her children: Phillip, husband of Nancy Faretty, of Birdsboro, Kelle Faretty, fiance of Ross Shedden, of New York, Allen, husband of Linda Faretty, of Glenmoore, Bobbi-Jo, wife of Chip Hannum, of Parkesburg, Brandon, husband of Clare Faretty, of Oxford and Cassie Faretty Nelson, of Coatesville; sixteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends will be received from 5:30 - 7:30 pm Friday evening, February 1, 2019 at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol's name to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
