Carolyn R. (O’Neill) Walish, 89, of Kimberton, formerly Newtown Square, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2013, in her residence. She was the widow of George M. Walish. Born in Milmont Park, PA, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Carrie (Reitzer) O’Neill.

Mrs. Walish is survived by her children, Patricia, wife of John Short, of Paoli, George M. Walish Jr., of Oxford, MD, Geralyn R. Walish, wife of Ron Cole, of Glenmoore and Marianne “Ki,” wife of George Baldwin, of Annapolis, MD; seven grandchildren, Krista (Scott) Cowan, Brian Cavallucci, Maureen (Ben) Davis, John Short III, George M. Walish III, Bradford M. Walish and David Cole; five great grandchildren, Ryan, Molly, Kaitlyn, Madeleine and Jack.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her funeral mass at St. Anastasia R.C. Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA, on Saturday, November 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Michael A. Colagreco.
