Charles M. "Charlie" Henzie, infant son of Sean and Lauren (O'Brien) Henzie, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He was born on March 27, 2020.

In addition to his loving parents, Charlie is survived by his maternal grandparents, Diane and Gary O'Brien of Reading, PA; paternal grandparents, Sandra and James Henzie of Phoenixville, PA; two Aunts and one Uncle, Maygan Henzie, fiance of Miles Crockett, Amber, wife of Ryan Hoyer, and Sean O'Brien; one cousin, London; his great-grandparents, Sarah Graeff Joyce O'Brien, and James, husband of Carolyn O'Brien; and his four-legged sister, Stella.

The family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to the doctors and the nurses in the NICU of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Funeral services and burial will take place privately in the Limerick Garden of Memories.
