Claire Ann Baker, passed away peacefully at her home in Oxford, PA, on February 13. She was born on May 18, 1956, in Phoenixville, to the late Lawrence R. and Eleanor A. Baker. She is survived by brothers, Daniel (Elena) of Douglassville, and Larry (Janice) of Downingtown; sisters Terese of Downingtown, and Joanne (Robert) Forrester of Manassas, VA; four nieces, three nephews, three grand nieces, and several cousins. Her loss is also grieved by her caregivers and housemates.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation at St. Ann's Chapel, 604 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Wednesday, February 21, beginning at 10 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. with interment at St. Ann Cemetery immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Special Olympics Pennsylvania or The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
