Clark Conway, age 62, husband of Joan L. (Yerger) Conway, of Phoenixville, PA, formerly of Royersford, PA, died Thursday morning, October 30th, 2008 in his home after a lengthy illness.? Born in Phoenixville, he was a son of Mary A. (Hallman) Conway, and the late Edward J. Conway.? He was a 1964 graduate of the Phoenixville High School.? Mr. Conway also graduated from the West Chester University in 1968.? A teacher, he taught Algebra 30 years at the Owen J. Roberts High School, retiring in 1998.? More recently, Mr. Conway had taught at the Montgomery County Community College in Pottstown.? He was an avid Philadelphia sports enthusiast.? He also enjoyed playing tennis and ping pong.?
In addition to his mother and wife of 39 years, Mr. Conway is survived by one daughter; Kristi C., wife of Andrew Venezia, of Limerick, two sons; Corey C., husband of Tina (Willenbecher) Conway, of Douglassville, Kent E., husband of Misti (Wetzel) Conway, of Harleysville, three grandsons; Andrew J. Venezia, Joseph E. Venezia, and Coby T. Conway.? Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at the Campbell - Ennis - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA on Thursday morning, November 6, 2008 at 10:30AM.? Officiating will be Rev. Philip E Yerrington.? Burial will be in the Limerick Garden of Memories.? Friends will be received from 9:30 - 10:30AM, Thursday morning at the funeral home.?
