Constance E. Moore, age 67, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at her home. Born in Phoenixville, she was the Daughter of Marguerite (Garrett) and J. Ralph Moore.

Connie was a graduate of Phoenixville High School class of '75, and retired from Acme where she held many roles as an employee for 20 plus years. Connie and her family attended St John's Lutheran Church in Phoenixville. She will be remembered for her loving heart and her love for all animals.

Connie is survived by her brother J. Ralph Moore, her niece Christine Bartzer, her nephew Brandon Moore, and her Grand nephew Connor. She was preceded in death by her parents J. Ralph Moore, and Marguerite Moore (Garrett), and her sister Margie Georgeson.
