Dana J. Parr, age 74, husband of Susan (Bouse) Parr, of Phoenixville, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 in Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Royersford. Born on August 16, 1946 in Bryn Mawr, he was the son of the late Catherine (Haws) and Bernard J. Parr.

Dana served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He was then employed as a computer operator manager for Hanover Shoe.

Dana was an avid baseball fan, especially of the Philadelphia Phillies, and loved the Philadelphia Eagles as well. His daughter was the light of his life and loved trips with her to the Reading Phillies.

In addition to his loving wife, Dana is survived by his daughter: Lindsay P., wife of Brandon Hayes, of Collegeville, PA; grandson: Carter Hayes; and granddaughter: Brooklyn Hayes.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside service at the Washington Memorial Chapel Churchyard, Rt. 23, Valley Forge National Historical Park, Valley Forge, on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00. Officiating will be the Rev. Hentzi Elek. Memorial contributions may be made in Dana's name to Active Day of Exton, 180 Sheree Blvd, Exton, PA 19341.
