David A. Murphy, 39, of Skippack, died suddenly from natural causes on Thursday, July 25, 2013 after being taken to Einstein Medical Center, Norristown, PA.

He was born in Pottstown to the late Daniel Murphy and Wilma (Carfagno) Swartley. He was a graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School and was a HVAC technician for his best friend, Greg Pacana, of King of Prussia Mechanical.

He is survived by sisters: Sharon M. Faust, wife of Thomas, of Hamburg and Jennifer R. Gill wife of Joseph, of Fleetwood; brothers: Joseph R. Lutz husband of April, of Pottstown; Derrick A. Lutz, of Reading and Anthony J. Murphy husband of Sherry, of Birdsboro and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington St., Royersford, PA. Officiating will be Rev. James R. Roth.
