David A. Smith, 59, of Phoenixville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 29, 2009 in Phoenixville Hospital. He was the devoted husband of 27 years to Sophie (Zielinski) Smith.

Family and friends are invited to attend a prayer service on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 6:30 PM at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., Main Street at Fifth Avenue, Phoenixville, PA. Calling time will follow services until 8:30 PM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
