Dawn M. Rhodenbaugh, age 55, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2026. She was the loving mother of Gabriella and Jocelyn. Born on January 23, 1971 in Drexel Hill, PA, she was a daughter of Linda (DePalma) Poley of Royersford and the late Joseph C. Poley. She was the sister of Brian and Steve Poley, and Aunt to Christian and Zachary.
Dawn was a graduate of Villa Maria Academy, and received her associates degree from West Virginia University. She initially worked as a certified nursing assistant at ManorCare in King of Prussia. She then shifted her focus into a career within finance and human resources, first working for Pilgrim, Baxter & Associates before most recently working for Wyeth.
Dawn volunteered much of her time with the Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society (P.A.L.S.) in Devon, PA. In addition to caring for and providing love and affection to the feral cats in her neighborhood, she worked with the organization to spay/neuter and rehome the cats. She also volunteered, along with her mother, at Valley Forge Baptist serving at the funeral luncheons and conferences.
She was a talented artist that enjoyed drawing, vacationing at the beach, and showing off her cooking and baking skills. Dawn loved tending to her gardens, and was affectionately known as a special and helpful neighbor, assisting older neighbors with lawn maintenance and gardening tasks.
Most importantly, Dawn was a loving and caring mother that held a special bond with her two daughters.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at Valley Forge Baptist, 616 S. Trappe Road, Collegeville, PA on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:00 am. Friends will be received from 10:00 am until 11:00 am in the Chapel on Thursday morning. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Royerford, PA.
