Debi G. Nosser, age 68, of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024 in the Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Upland, PA. Born on July 3, 1955, in Syracuse, she was a daughter of the late Norma Jane (Restani) and W. Scott Nosser.

Debi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Maryland. She had been employed as an administrative assistant at Optum, a division of United Healthcare.

Since 1994, Debi had been a longtime member of Trinity Church in Gulph Mills. She was a dog lover and owner and previously enjoyed cross-stitching.

Debi is survived by her sister: Linda Nosser; nephew: Chris Nosser and his wife, Samantha, and great-niece: Madison.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Debi's name to the Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, www.bvspca.org/donate.
