Obituary

Dolline Mae Bucher passed on to eternal life with the Lord on September 23, 2022. She died of natural causes. "Dolly", as she was known by everyone, was 97.

Dolly is predeceased by Kermit L. Bucher, her husbad of 62 years. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Linda Bucher; her brother Robert Bortner and wife Elaine; her brother William Bortner; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Dolly lived most of her life in the rural Montgomery County, Pa. and the Phoenixville, Pa. areas. A devoted wife, mother, and friend, she served in many capacities as a life-long member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Phoenixville.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the St. John's Lutheran Church, 355 Saint John's Circle, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in the Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, PA. Friends will be received from 10:00 am - 10:45 am in the Church on Thursday. You may make a donation to the BrightFocus Foundation (www.brightfocus.org/support) in Dolly's honor as an alternative to flowers.
