??? Dolores C. (Georgetti) McCarron, age 80, wife of William J. McCarron, of Phoenixville, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2008, in the Phoenixville Hospital.? Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin A. and Mildred (Vogt) Georgetti.?
Mrs. McCarron was a 1947 graduate of Norristown High School.? She was employed as one of the first managers at the first Fashion Bug in the United States, in King of Prussia, for 25 years and then as a receptionist at Kunda Sign in King of Prussia.? She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, was a former Cub Scout leader for Pack 15, was active in her sons' Boy Scout Troop 15, loved traveling to Florida, Las Vegas, and the casinos, and never forgot a birthday.? Mrs. McCarron also loved fashion, did senior modeling, was a member of the Golden Girls Women's Club of East Norriton, and attended St. Ann R.C. Church.?
In addition to her loving husband of 55 years, Mrs. McCarron is survived by, sons William P., husband of Becky McCarron of Phoenixville, Kenneth T. McCarron of Pottstown, sisters Mildred Bailiff of East Norriton and Arlene Kuntz of Phoenixville, four grandchildren Heather, Megan, Patrick, and William, and several nieces and nephews.? She was preceded in death by her brother Benjamin Georgetti.?
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at the St. Ann R.C. Church, Main Street at Third Ave., Phoenixville, on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 11 AM? Officiating will be the Rev. John J. Newns.? Interment will be in the St. Ann Cemetery.?
