Dolores Okonski, age 75, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024 in the Lankenau Hospital, Wynnewood, PA. Born on May 31, 1948 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Josephine (Dob) and Henry Okonski Sr.

Dolores was a graduate of Harriton High School in Lower Merion. She worked as a stylist for several local hair salons for many years until her retirement.

Dolores had a tremendous passion for dogs, raising and training Akitas for many years. She enjoyed cooking, and was an avid gardener, taking pride in the vegetables she grew. She loved her vehicles over the years, and proudly kept them maintained and kept in excellent condition. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her nephew Henry, often enjoying each other's company for a nice meal out.

Dolores is survived by her sister-in-law, Carol (Coady) Okonski, and her nephew Henry M. Okonski. She was preceded in death by one brother, Henry Okonski Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of reflection at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc., 610 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 11:00 am. Burial will be held privately at a later date. Friends will be received from 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Friday morning at the funeral home.
