Donald Michael White, age 75, husband of Suzanne Madeline (Scholl) White, of East Coventry, Pottstown, PA, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at home. Born on July 9, 1941 in Kingston, PA, he was the son of the late Michael and Nellie (Furman) White.
Mr. White was one of Jehovah's Witnesses his entire life. God's Word was precious to him and at the forefront of his life. He was a faithful minister and elder in the Royersford Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Mr. White had a true love for the Bible, reading it daily and spending much time studying, researching, and teaching it. He lived his life in accord with the words found at Deuteronomy 6:5-8 and Mark 12:30, 31.
Mr. White was a graduate of Bound Brook High School in Bound Brook, NJ, and attended Rutgers University. He worked for 57 years in sales and management in the heavy-duty truck industry. He was the Senior Sales Director at Bergey's Truck Centers until his retirement in February 2016. Mr. White was a car lover and aficionado his entire life; he especially enjoyed his Corvettes. He enjoyed travel, the beach, and annual cruises with his family. His trademark grin revealed his quick wit and sense of humor. He always loved to tell a good joke.
Mr. and Mrs. White would have been married 56 years in May 2017. In addition to his wife, Mr. White is survived by their daughter, Dara Suzanne, wife of Robert Joseph Dudish of Red Lion, PA. He is also survived by many beloved and cherished family members in both his extended family and his wife's family.
