Donna J. Bagatti

Donna Jean (Crouthamel) Bagatti, age 64, wife of Anthony Bagatti, of Royersford, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, surrounded by her family. Born on September 19, 1955 in Doylestown, she was the middle daughter of Chester Crouthamel and the late Doris (Hangey) Crouthamel. A graduate of Norristown High School, Donna worked as an accounting assistant for Combustion Engineering, where she met her life partner. Donna left the workforce temporarily while she and Anthony grew their family before beginning a career in advertising sales. She spent many years as an advertising consultant for the Penny Pincher Magazine in Pottstown. However, Donna aspired to contribute to her local community a high quality and in-color product that provided not only local small businesses advertisement and marketing, but also engagement and connection with community members through local stories of inspiration and miscellaneous puzzles and games. "Locally Yours," a publication on which she worked tirelessly for several years, was her crowning achievement and something for which she and her family were very proud. Donna was a longtime participant in a women's bowling league at Limerick Bowl. She was an avid reader and collector of books, and in her younger years even ran a local library out of her father’s garage! She was deeply invested in her children’s activities, most notably having served for a time on the Spring City Swim Team board as Treasurer and then President while her children were members of the team. Donna absolutely cherished all time spent with her family. She was loyal and jovial, and relished in gathering with her loved ones to discuss politics, sports, and anything else worthy of banter! In addition to her husband and father, Donna is survived by her children: Dino, husband of Marissa Bagatti, of Pittsburgh, Jaimie, wife of Sean Indiveri, of Royersford and Tim Bagatti, of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren: Savino and Isabel Bagatti and Trey, Jace and Asher Indiveri; and two sisters: Debra, wife of Bud Gomery, of Aurora, CO and Robin, wife of Lou Fiorentino, of Limerick, as well as several wonderful nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donna's name to The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s Parkinson’s Disease Research Fund. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Royersford.
