Doris M. Hess, age 85, wife of the late Eugene Hess, of East Coventry Township, formerly of Roverside, CA, and Spring City, PA, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 in the Manatawny Manor Nursing Home, East Coventry, PA. Born in Spring City, PA, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (Wright) Dellinger. She was a graduate of the Spring City High School. She worked as a medical secretary for an orthopedic doctor in Riverside. She also volunteered at a local food bank in California.

She is survived by two nephews; David J. (Cathy) Gable, of Royersford, Lawrence E. Gable of Canada. She was preceded in death by one sister; Lois C. (Hilborn) Gable.

Graveside funeral services will be held privately in Riverside, California.
