Doris R. (Rauenzahn) Moetsch, age 85, wife of the late Charles F. Moetsch, of Upper Frederick, PA, formerly of Phoenixville, PA and Oceanside, CA died Monday evening, October 22, 2012 in the Frederick Living Community, Upper Frederick, PA. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late Raymond K. and Minnetta (Weiner) Rauenzahn. Mrs. Moetsch was a graduate of the Germantown High School. She worked in the customer service department of Lee's Carpets in Audubon, PA. Mrs. Moetsch was an avid Phillies and Padres fan. She was also a dog lover.

Mrs. Moetsch is survived by one daughter: Donna S. Moetsch, of Phoenixville, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Moetsch was pre-deceased by one sister: Minnetta Bancroft; and one brother: Raymond K. Rauenzahn.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at the Frederick Living Community, Oaktree Auditorium, 2849 Big Road, Frederick, PA 19435 on Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 at 9:00 AM. Officiating will be the Rev. Brad Mellon. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the charity of one's choice.
