Douglas S. Arnold - Hess, Jr., age 26, husband of Devon L. Hess, of Birdsboro, PA, formerly of Schwenksville, passed suddenly on Friday, January 13, 2012. Born in Lansdale, PA, he was a son Stephanie (Sluzenski) Davis and Douglas S. Arnold, Sr, husband of Amy L. Glace - Arnold. He was a graduate of the Perkiomen Valley High School. Mr. Arnold-Hess served for the Army National Guard in Iraq. He enjoyed the outdoors, video games, and spending time with his daughter and step-son.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Arnold-Hess is survived by one daughter: Karma Rayne Hess, one step-son: Damien K. Marlatt, one sister: Tamara L. "Tammy" Arnold, of New Hanover Township,one half-brother: Jacob D. Arnold, and one half-sister: Kaitlyn E. Arnold of Chalfont, one nephew: Tyler Kilgallon, He was pre-deceased by one step-daughter: Marley Hess.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the Cattermole-Klotzbach Funeral Home, 600 Washington Street, Royersford, PA on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 5:00PM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Friends will be received from 3:00 - 4:45 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
