E. Irene (Miller) Stringfellow, age 96, wife of the late Harry E. Stringfellow, of Royersford, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 in her residence. Born on October 3, 1924 in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Edna (Conrad) and J. Rupert Miller.

Irene was a graduate of Pottstown High School and spent the majority of her life taking care of her home and family. She was a longtime member of Berean Bible Church, where she served as the organist for over 50 years and enjoyed holding Bible studies for her friends.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband after his retirement. Irene could always be found creating something. She enjoyed needlework, knitting and artwork.

Mrs. Stringfellow is survived by her children: Sharon R., wife of Sidney Clemens, of Green Lane, Beth M. Smith, of Royersford and Joel M., husband of Debbie Stringfellow, of Huntington Station, NY; eight grandchildren: Chad Smith, Heather Banmiller, Troy Smith, Matt Clemens, Kristee Hall, Nicole Stringfellow, Joshua Stringfellow and Jacob Stringfellow; nine great-grandchildren: Hunter, Carlie, Makayla, Luke, Cole, Noelle, Brandon, Madeline and Wade; and one great-great-granddaughter: Lilly. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers: Conard, Claude and Brooke Miller.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her service at the Berean Bible Church, 2675 E. High Street, Pottstown, on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 11:00 am, with Pastor Jeff Scholl officiating. Private interment will occur in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Friends will be received from 10:00 am - 11:00 am Monday at the Church. Memorial contributions may be made in Irene's name to the Berean Bible Church, 2675 E High St, Pottstown, PA US 19464. Arrangements are being handled by the Cattermole - Klotzbach Funeral Home.
