Earl L. Hartman, age 80, husband of Alice B. (Bauer) Hartman, of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2018 in the Phoenixville Hospital. Born on February 5, 1938 in Phoenixville, he was the son of the late Leon and Elsie (Fitzcharles) Hartman.
Mr. Hartman was a graduate of Phoenixville High School, Class of 1956. He was a member of St. John's UCC in Phoenixville, where he was an active parishioner and enjoyed church activities and events. He was also an active member of Kimberton Grange #1304 and Pomona Grange #3. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, he enjoyed camping with his family.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Hartman is survived by two daughters, Rebecca L., wife of Robert W. Manley of Phoenixville and Gail B. Hartman of Lansdale; two grandsons, Wes Manley, husband of Laura Manley, and Chris Manley; and one great-grandson, Lucas Manley.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral ceremony at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 10:00 am. Officiating will be Rev. Raymond J. Jachowski. Burial will be held in the Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer, PA. Friends will be received from 9:00 am - 10:00 am Thursday at the funeral home.
